The remote you displayed was identical to mine but you sent one that bore no resemblance and has limited function. Big fail for me☹️ The one pictured above is the one I want. Can you send it to me please. RC-ZASO2
Remote is fine with "sat" receiver but will not control TV receiver mute or volume.
pressing mode key & entering 3-digit codes to program the remote have no effect.
The remote is refurbished and looks like new.
It also worked perfect as soon I operated it.
Best deal remotes has so many remotes I should never worry about operating my units without one.
By the way the remote arrived in one day from Maine.Amazing 😄
