We realize that not all of your questions can be answered simply by browsing our website. We have compiled a list of some of the more common questions we have been asked for your convenience!

Q. - I don't know what remote I need for my unit. Can you help me find the correct remote?

A. - We will be glad to help! We will only need a little info from the device you need the remote for. To find the correct remote we will need:

  • The type of device (i.e. - TV, VCR, Stereo, DVD Player etc.)
  • The Brand of Device (i.e. - Sony, Samsung, Magnavox etc.)
  • The Model Number (this number is usually either embedded or on a sticker on the back or bottom of the device)

While we cannot guarantee that we can help you find the correct remote, in most cases we are successful.

Q. - These remotes are used. Do I need to be concerned with the cleanliness of them?

A. - You do not need to be concerned with the cleanliness of your remote. While not always cosmetically perfect every remote is very thoroughly cleaned and sterilized. You will not be disappointed!

Q. - When purchasing a used remote, I am concerned about its operation. How will I know if this remote will work?

A. - Prior to listing them, each remote is thoroughly tested. We test every button of every remote to make sure they work as they should. We have a 30 day return policy to protect you from any issues that may pop up after you receive your remote. There is no risk to the buyer!

Q. - My remote is not working! What do I do?

A. - There are a few things that could cause your remote to not work. It could be the wrong remote for your model number, may have been damaged in transit or could be something as simple as faulty batteries. Feel free to contact us at info@bestdealremotes.com for help with this. Unless determined fraudulent, you will be protected by our 30 day return policy.

Q. - I would like to order several remotes. Do you have a multi purchase discount?

A. - At this time we do not have a specific multi purchase discount but we will be glad to provide discounts on a situational basis. Please contact us on this matter at info@bestdealremotes.com

Q. - Do you ship internationally?

A. - We ship internationally on a case by case basis. Feel free to send us a request. The Free Shipping only applies to customers in the United States.
