Unfortunately the remote came dead/ not working even with new batteries. I never leave bad reviews especially with smaller niche businesses but I tried contacting customer support multiple times via phone and email and no answer back. I didn’t even want to return it at first just figure out if there was a way to troubleshoot but nothing. Hopefully for other people they had good experiences but unfortunately I did not.
The shipping could've been a little faster, but the remote works just fine so I'm happy ❤️ I would buy from the seller again.
