Looking for a great smart universal remote control? Check out our Logitech Harmony Ultimate One Remote Control Review to see if this is the remote for you!
Remote does not work. Even with new batteries, no response or light up. Basically, dead on arrival. Don’t want to write a review until I find out if the matter is taken care of. Either sending the new remote or refunding my money. Review is negative, pending lack of resolution so far.
